It was very obvious that her top priority was making sure I had the best possible day ever and I absolutely did! A million times Thank you for making my day so special and memorable. The staff in general is great. Karla, thank you for checking on us multiple times and always having our drinks filled! You’re very attentive and personable! The bartender Maria also would remember my drink along with the grooms whenever we did go up. I saw that both bars were busy and they kept a smile on their face all night. I wish I got the tall gentleman’s name who was also on top of it all. Even asking if we wanted a new hot dinner since our food sat awhile. Clearly, I have a lot of good things to say about a lot of the people here. All I know is that along with my guests I left blown away by the effort this staff puts in. I am forever grateful. Walter PriestleyGoogleWe recently had our daughters Sweet 16 at The Royal Palm and everything went smoothly. The planning was easy because for one price they took care of everything. Photographer, limo, Dj, Mc center piece etc. Maybe it was me but I was surprised I had to upgrade to show a montage with the DJ. The caterer worked it out that I could play the montage without an upcharge but I had to bring in my own laptop. I ended up doing the upgrade so I didn't have to think about it bringing the laptop the day of the party. All the people that serviced the party were friendly and helpful. The MC was especially enthusiastic. My daughter and friends had a great time. The price was very fair. The family that runs the haul did everything they could to see that we were satisfied and we appreciate it.

Every detail was perfect, from the decorations to the food. A big thanks to Paola, who treated me like family and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted. I plan to have many more parties here, just perfect.
